Srimati Krishna yadav has broadened her business enterprise thereby generating a large scale employment and income generation opportunities to the rural women and youth. In her business enterprise, presently 60 women are employed on regular basis and about 150 women are engaged on seasonal basis for cutting, grinding and mixing of processing of fruits. Thus, in her twelve years of entrepreneurial journey, she has not only been able to grow and diversify her own enterprise manifolds but also able to generate livelihood for rural women of neighbourhood. Enhancement in income of these people had transformed their quality of life.
Her concern for the upliftment of the socio- economic conditions of the rural society reflects in her endeavor to develop entrepreneurial capabilities and skills among the unemployed rural youth and women for initiating their own enterprises in food processing and value addition. She has provided on the job training to many young women for developing skills of food processing. She has also provided free of cost training to 47 widows of BSF jawans and training to physically challenged youths for developing market skills.
